Do you feel ready for growth, but unsure where to begin?

Change can feel exciting and intimidating at the same time, especially when you know something needs to shift but aren’t sure what that looks like yet. In our work together, we focus on getting clear about what you’re experiencing and breaking it down into manageable steps. I help you notice patterns that may be keeping you stuck, talk through what’s actually hard right now, and build tools you can use outside of sessions. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting, my role is to help you make sense of where you are and support you as you move forward in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.

About Courtney

My approach is holistic and adaptable, tailored to each clients’ unique needs. We all face challenges, but we also have an internal drive for healing. I am deeply committed to creating a safe, empathetic, and nurturing space where clients can connect with the part of themselves that seeks wholeness and happiness. Together, we will understand attachment patterns, explore interpersonal dynamics, build resilience, and develop self-esteem.  Whether you're facing relationship challenges, anxiety, learning/processing differences, past trauma, or simply seeking personal growth, my unwavering goal is to empower you to access the tools and insights needed for lasting change.  A commitment to learning and growth has shaped my professional journey. Before earning a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from National University, I worked as a special education teacher and tutor for neurodivergent children and adolescents. I then completed my practicum training at Stanford Sierra Youth and Families Services where I honed my skills in adolescent and family therapy, crisis intervention, and collaborative case management.
